That’s why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all custom cabinetry and built-in projects we make and install.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers any manufacturer defects in:

Cabinet Construction – including joinery, structural integrity, and overall workmanship.
Materials – including wood, plywood, and composite materials used in your project.
Hardware – including drawer slides, hinges, and soft-close systems.

If any covered component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dings, stains, or changes in wood tone over time.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, excessive moisture, fire, or exposure to harsh cleaning products.
Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than Werner Cabinetry.
Movement or damage caused by building settlement, shifting, or remodeling by others.

Conditions That Void the Warranty

This warranty will be void if:

Products are modified, moved, or removed from their original installation site.
Damage occurs due to improper use or mishandling.
Routine care and maintenance instructions are not followed.

Complimentary Maintenance

At Werner, we don’t just build it and walk away—we believe in making sure everything continues to perform just as well as the day it was installed. That’s why we offer complimentary maintenance visits at 2 months and 6 months after your project is completed.

What’s Included

During each maintenance visit, a member of our team will:

Inspect all cabinetry, doors, and drawer fronts for proper alignment.
Adjust hinges, drawer slides, or hardware as needed.
Check for any early signs of wear or settling.
Ensure soft-close mechanisms are working properly.
Answer any questions and provide care recommendations.

This service is provided at no cost to you, as part of our commitment to quality, longevity, and your complete satisfaction.

How It Works

We’ll contact you around the 2-month and 6-month marks to schedule your visits.
Appointments typically take 30–60 minutes, depending on the size of the project.
These visits are proactive — it does not need to be an issue for us to come by.
